Congress dinner
Date: 8th of May, 19.30 - 01:00 h
Place: Hotel La Griffe Roma (Via Nazionale, 13, 00184 Roma)
Price: 65 € (Tickets for the dinner can be purchased separately)
The participants will be served a buffet with meat and vegan options, including wine or beer. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased separately.

Please remember to indiciate in the online registration if you have any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, allergies etc.).
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policy
Written cancellation must be forwarded to the Congress secretariat (info@codan-consulting.com). Congress tickets, tickets for virtual attendance and the ticket for the artist educational workshop can be refunded as follows:
- till January 15 2025 to 100% (deducting administration costs of 30€)
- till February 15 2025 to 50%.
No refund is possible after February 15.
The ticket for the congress dinner can only be refunded till January 31st 2025. Please note that if the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
Invitation letter
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the Congress secretariat (info@codan-consulting.com). Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
